A final meeting of the national secretaries of TRACECA transport corridor will be held in Bucharest, Romania, on 7-8 February 2006. The gathering will center on final consideration of the corridor by late 2015, as well as other issues to be included in the agenda of the fifth meeting of the intergovernmental commission, Akif Mustafayev, the national secretary of TRACECA from Azerbaijan, told Trend.
The draft strategy on the development of the transport corridor has been sent to the consideration of TRACECA member-states. After the approval it will be put for the consideration at an annual meeting of the intergovernmental commission of TRACECA.
This year Azerbaijan will undertake a chairmanship at the organization Bulgaria. The next fifth meeting of the intergovernmental commission will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria, late December 2006.
