In 2005 126,051,700 AZN was put in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR), or 57.2% more as compared 2004, the Permanent Representation of the Nakhchivan AR in Baku told Trend.
Over this period the investment directed to construction and assembling work increased 44.3% and comprised 102,003,000 AZN. This is 80.9% of the total investment.
The representation also noted that in 2005 construction enterprises carried out work for 92,240,100 AZN, or 43.9% more as compared 2004.
From total sum 72,579,600 AZN (78.7%) fell to new buildings, reconstruction and expansion, 15,206,600 AZN (16.5%) - overhaul repair, 1,767,100 AZN (1.9%) - current construction work, 2,686,800 AZN (2.9%) - other construction work.
