The construction of a new grain terminal will start in Baku. It will be a joint Azerbaijani-Kazakh enterprise, Trend reports quoting the Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Andar Shukputov.
Partner of JV from Kazakhstan will be the Food Corporation with 100%-state-owned packet. The statutory documents of the terminal will be developed and sent to the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan. The issue is currently under consideration, the diplomat underlined.
We are ready to set up construction and are waiting for relevant decision of Azerbaijan. The construction of the terminal will cost $3m, the diplomat underlined.
