On May 4, 2006 in Turkey will be held the meeting of experts from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey under the project for railroad communication along Kars-Ahalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku route, Azeri Transport Ministry officials told Trend.
In the course of meeting, experts will speak on revisions suggested by sides, and final version of the draft will be submitted to consideration of Transport ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey that meet soon in Ankara.
The project cost is considered in two variants calculated in accordance with its technical execution. First version is evaluated in $365mln, second in $420mln. The project cost mainly depends on Georgias infrastructure expansion. At present the preference is given to second version.
