Azeri Government is talking to international financial institutions on financing additional construction operations along Gadjigabul-Georgian border highway in a view of its widening from dual to dual-dual, governmental officials told Trend.
Interest in financing the project already demonstrated World Bank, BNP Paribas of France and Export bank of Slovakia.
To bring the highway to first class, Transport Ministry will have to draw TEOs for this project, following which the government identifies financing sources.
