Ahmad Mahammadali, the president of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), will pay a visit to Baku to attend the meeting of the foreign minister of the Islamic Conference Organization member-countries scheduled for 19-21 June, Trend reports quoting the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry.
The head of the IDB informed about this issue at his meeting with the Azeri economic development minister Heydar Babayev who led to the Azerbaijani delegation within the annual meeting of managers of IDB in Kuwait on May 30-31.
During the visit to Azerbaijan, the head of the Islamic bank is expected to meet with several high ranking officials of the country. It will be discussed the prospects of the future cooperation, realization of the projects.
Today the share of IDB in Azerbaijan amounts to $150m.
