The first session of Board of SPECA (special economic cooperation program of Asian countries, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan) is passing in Baku June 27,Trend reports with reference to the Ministry of Economic Development (MED). Participation of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan is still in the air.
On the threshold of the session, a two-day business-forum (June 25 to 26) is planned. It is planned to host businessmen and governmental officials of China, Turkey, Pakistan, India and the USA.
