Within six months the Baku Metro was used by 76 mln 258 thousand people. According to the forecasts, this indicator had to be 70 mln 700 thousand people, and this exceeded that forecasts by 7,9%, Trend reports.
In June of this year, the volume of the passenger transportation through the metro was 12 mln 54,6 thousand persons. The forecast for this period was 11 mln, and increased by 9,6%. During June, the metro provided service for 510 thousand 500 privileged passengers.
