A meeting of Observation Board of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAR) was held under the chairmanship of the Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade. The SOFAR told Trend that the annual report on the Funds activities in 2005, results of audit of its financial activities and execution of the budget for last year.
The Observation Board gave a satisfactory mark to an annual report by an independent auditor of the SOFAR (Ernst&Young), on the activities of the Fund and made a resolution to present to the Azerbaijani President the fulfillment of a 2005 budget forecasts for adoption.
The prime minister was re-elected the chairman of the Observation Fund of the Oil Fund.
