In January-June 2006, the volume of the gross demostic products (GDP) of Nakchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) has increased by 20.8% as comprised to the same period of 2005 and reached AZN 163604.4 thousand.
For this period, 43.9 percent or AZN 71814.8 th. of GDP were achieved at the expense of commodity production, AZN 86431.6 (52.8%) service sector and 3.3% or AZN 5358.4 th. taxes for products and import, Trend reports quoting the permanent NAR representation in Baku.
