Upon completion of the turnover at the Transport Department of Baku the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry will carry our replacement of micro-buses with many seats in the capital city, Trendreports quoting the Azerbaijani Transport Minister Musa Panahov.
Talks will be held with the companies which currently participate in passenger transportation. Afterwards there will be announced a tender, at the definition of the company, which deliver new buses to Baku.
At present the cost of buses for passenger transportation in the city varies from $50,000 to $150,000, Panahov noted. Use of this transport in the Baku center is intended for unloading the transport infrastructure of the city. The buses little load will be used out of borders of the capital city. As of initial data, in the first stage it is necessary to acquire approximately 200-250 similar transport conveyances.
