The National Entrepreneurs Confederation of Azerbaijan (NEC) announced the plans for September-October 2006. On 18-20 August, a trilateral meeting will be held in Geneva on the topic of Results of social and labour questions in use of technologies of advanced retail sale. The primary goal of the meeting is to discuss the impact of new technologies in the employment, organization of works, working conditions and labour relations, Trendreports with reference to NEC.
The second trilateral meeting on the topic of Social and labour questions arising from problems facing drivers of road transport within visits to foreign countries will be organized in Geneva on October 23-26. The meeting is aimed discussing social and labour problems of drivers emerging in international trips, expressing attitude towards SPID as a global problem, role of government, employers and employees in this direction, as well as considering available proposals.
The representatives will also participate in the courses of the International Labour Organization in Turin on topic of Mitigation of negative impact of reconstruction of enterprises on the employment . The trainings will be held in International Training Center. The courses aim to assist in solving employment problems during the reconstruction of enterprises.
