Nearly AZN 15 million is needed for the realization of plan of measures regarding the development of the State Real Estate Registry System, which was confirmed by the President
of Azerbaijan, the Head of the State Service for Real Estate Registry Arif Garashov told on September 29, Trend reports.
According to him, the plan of measures is intended for three years. In 2007, AZN 5 million 3.000 will be allocated for its realization. In 2008 this amount will equal AZN 4.5 million. And the remaining finance is intended to be disbursed this year. The implied amount of finance is enough for the implementation of the plan of measures, Garashov stressed.
The plan of measures includes formation of a single system of cadastre and registration of real estate, creation of the regional departments of the State Service for Real Estate Registry, creation of a single electronic system of communications, as well as creation of achieve system, etc.
