R.V. Investment Company intends to protect its rights to exploit the fields located in Azerbaijan's territories occupied by Armenians. The Head of the company Riza Vaziri briefed journalists that R.V. Investment has expressed its dissatisfaction to the Armenian Foreign Ministry, U.S. Department of State, UNO and the Foreign Ministry of Britain with the exploration works held in these fields, Trend reports.
Vaziri stated that his company is ready to raise the question of exploiting the fields and considers it its duty but must have proof. If the government has any documents regarding this issue, we are ready to raise this question, he concluded.
The company held a series of investigations regarding this issue and photos have been taken from the satellite. The photos have indicated that indeed exploration works are carried out in Azerbaijan's territories occupied by Armenians.
In August 1997, R.V. Investment signed a contract with the Azerbaijani Government regarding the development of six fields in the south-west of Azerbaijan Kedebek, Ordubad, Gosha Bulag, Gizil Bulag, Vejnali land Soyutlu. 49% of the participation share of the contract belongs to RV Investment Services GrouСЂ LLC and 51% to Azerbaijan Government.
