Volkswagen to offer four special editions for 2007

(autoinsidernews)- Volkswagen has announced that it will offer four special editions for its 2007 lineup, each model featuring unique elements and design cues. The four special editions will be called the Wolfsburg Edition Jetta, Fahrenheit GTI, Fahrenheit GLI and Triple White New Beetle convertible.

The Wolfsburg Edition Jetta is a 2.5L Jetta features 16-inch alloy wheels, a sunroof, leatherette seats, cold weather package and monster floor mats. With manual transmission, this special edition is $19,360; automatic transmission is $20,435, reports Trend.

The Fahrenheit GTI comes painted in Fahrenheit orange, and features a sport suspension, 18-inch wheels, Fahrenheit badging, heated leather seats, a sunroof, and orange interior trim and stitching. The 1,200 Fahrenheit GTI special edition models will be priced at $27,665 and each will wear the limited edition number on the steering wheel

The Fahrenheit GLI special edition adds the same additions as the Fahrenheit GTI, but comes in an exclusive Fahrenheit yellow exterior, with yellow trim and stitching in the interior. The manual transmission model is priced at $27,880 and the automatic at $28,955. The Fahrenheit GLI is also limitd to 1,200 units.

The Triple White New Beetle convertible features a white exterior, interior and convertible roof boot. The Triple White comes with an automatic transmission for $25,990. The 3,000 Triple White special editions offers 17-inch alloy wheels, a three-spoke steering wheel, white leatherette seats and center armrest, and SIRIUS Satellite Radio.
