It is for the first time during forming State Budget 2007, when the Finance Ministry has distributed budget expenses on the basis of different state programs, Khagani Rzayev, Chief of the Social Financing Department of the Finance Ministry told Trend.
According to him, the commission concerning forming budget expenses on the basis of programs by the Presidential Decree on Strengthening Anti-Inflation Actions that was issued on May 31, 2005.
This principle of spending will allow purposefully spending budget means. In their turn, the financiers could follow the budget expenses closer and easier, Mr. Rzayev thinks.
The next year's State Budget will envisage means aimed at the education system on the basis of four state programs, health care and protection - eleven programs, culture, art, information, and physical training three ones.
The next year budget supply is expected at the level of 5 714 700 thousands. AZN, whilst its revenues are expected at the level of 5 335 700 thousands AZN.
