The State Securities Committee has registered a prospectus of emission of simple name non-documentary shares of Xalq Bank OJSC, Trend reports referring to a message spread by BSEX (Baku Stock Exchange).
The volume of the emission reaches 26,250 mln. AZN. The face value of one share has been fixed at 25 AZN.
According to the prospect of emission, the placement will be held through an open signing at BSEX. ADB Broker LLC will be the underwriter of the forthcoming placement.
