Program of international conference on fight with contra fact medicine, to be held in Baku on 8-9 February 2007, has been published. The Word Customs Organization (WCO) informed that the conference will begin with welcoming remarks by Azerbaijan Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and the Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Aydin Aliyev. It is organized by the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee and WCO, and the conference targets mobilization of forces to attract public attention to serious problem such as trade of contra fact medicine and ways to prevent it with the participation of international forces. The event will take reports from the leadership of WCO, the World Health Organization, the World Intellectual Property Organization, Interpol, the European Commission, the Azerbaijan Health Ministry, the President of the Customs Crimes Investigation Department of Germany, Karl K. Matias, officials of the companies Sanofi Aventis, Procter & Gamble, Dintag Corp. The two-day forum will, conclude its work with a gala-reception to be hosted by Azerbaijan with the participation of Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Lady, Good-Will Ambassador of UNESCO and Д°SESCO.
