Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Babayeva / Anglo Asian Mining PLC (AIM:AAZ), the gold and copper development company with projects in Azerbaijan, announced that the initial results of 2006 will be presented to the Company's shareholders on 19 March. The Company has already submitted to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan the report on discovery and commercial attractiveness of Gedabek property.
The Company signed a contract with the Government of Azerbaijan in August 1997 on the development of the fields located in south-west of the Country. 49% of the contract share belongs to belongs to R.V. Investment Services Grouр LLC, 51% to Azerbaijan.
