Azerbaijan Chamber of Accounts Considered about 30 Complaints in 2006

Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. I. Alizadeh/ Abbas Allahverdiyev, the Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts, said today that the Chamber of Accounts of the Country received 30 complaints in 2006.

According to him, on the whole, last year, the chamber considered 52 cases, with 14 resulting in an audit.

Today, the Azerbaijani Parliament of the Milli Majlis appointed Heydar Asadov the Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts. Notably, Mr Asadov replaces Namig Nasrullayev.
