Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend / The State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan reported on 23 May that the State Committee has analyzed 300 reports of the State enterprises and joint-stock companies with the State participation in capital during 2007.
An additional 2,600 statistic property reports on keeping State property have been considered.
Monitoring of the joint-stock companies and the State enterprises with the purpose to define prospects of development and study of production process, calculation of dividends, allotted into the State budget was conducted on thirty occasions during 2007.
The research revealed the low calculation of dividends in the State budget, and illegal and inexpedient usage of the State property.
The State Committee takes the necessary measure in compliance with the legislation of Azerbaijan to remove these disadvantages.
