Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue Prospectus of Ordinary Registered Stocks of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 3,030,000 with a face value per stock of 2 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"Azer-Turk Bank" OJSC will be the underwriter of the placement of stocks. Those intending to purchase stocks may apply to any organization that is a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and holds a brokerage license.
