Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayeva / The signing of seven bilateral agreements on the co-operation development, Azerbaijan and Bahrain will expand agreement-legal base, said the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, on the 8th of June as a result of the talks with the foreign Minister of Bahrain, Khaled al Khalifa, who arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit.
The Minister said that the documents will cover the co-operation with regards to the avoidance of the double taxation, protection of the mutual investments, establishment of the direct air flights and culture.
The Ministers positively assessed the talks and exchanges of views on bilateral, regional and international co-operation.
Highlighting the position of his County on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Bahrain Foreign Minister said that his Country supports Azerbaijan in its efforts to restore its territorial integrity. " Bahrain decisively protests against the ethnic cleansing of anyone," the Minister said.
