Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The placement of preference registered stocks of "Rabitabank" OJSC will be started on BSE.
The volume of the issue is AZN 530,000, face value per stock AZN 20. According to the issued prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"AzerIgazbank" Joint-Stock Investment Bank will be the underwriter for the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being the member of "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and must acquire a brokerage license.
The issued prospectus of stocks of "Rabitabank" OJSC will be placed on the web-site of the Baku Stock Exchange.
