Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S. Aliyev / The Azerenerji joint-stock company will build a new 105MW power station in Guba District next week, Etibar Pirverdiyev, President of Azerenerji said on19 October.
The Finnish company Wartsila will build the module power station. This module electric power station, similar to the Baku module power station, is comprised of ten modules with a capacity of 8.7mVt. Their total number is five.
Pirverdiyev said that the new station is allocated for the energy supply of the Azerbaijani regions where winter sports will be developed. It is planned that a new ski resort will be built there.
To ensure these regions have enough power a new 100KW substation and electricity transmission line will be built.
