Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr A. Badalova / The Caspian Oil Fleet of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) received a Russian sea shipping registration certificate, SOCAR reported.
The certificate will enable checking underwater parts of ships without docking. For this purpose special equipment was set up on the Ali Amirov and Avior diving boats, as well as on Geofizik exploration vessel, in order to carry out underwater photographing and video filming.
The key purpose of the Russian sea shipping registration is to secure safety of people at sea, safe shipping, safe transportation of freights via the sea and internal water routes, and prevention of environmental pollution.
