Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Azerbaijan obtained 1,349bln cu m of gas from the Shah Daniz field from January to November 2007, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) reported. Some 182bln cu m of gas was extracted from the field in November.
Presently, three wells are in operation in the field. The potential daily debit totaled 15mnl cu m of gas. The fourth well will be put into commission in 2007. The daily debit is expected to increase by 5mnl cu m after the commission of the fourth well.
