Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 March / Trend corr, S.Aliyev / The Industry and Energy Ministry of Azerbaijan has completed an agreement of the State Program for Industry Development in Azerbaijan for 2008-2012 with all Ministries. The document will be approved in the next few days.
The State Industry Development Program stipulates prospective directions of development of industry, restoration of operating of enterprises and creation of new enterprises in compliance with demands of the country.
The program envisages attraction with special attention to development of industry in regions by effective utilization of local resources, provide agricultural development in order to develop the agrarian industry, as well as creation of favorable conditions for investors, illegal interference into operation of enterprises, increase of export potential by competitive industrial production and an increase in local production import.
The Ministry appealed to central and local departments, state companies and concerns, shareholders, as well as scientific-research and project institutes and higher educational institutions to develop the program.
