Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 April / Trend corr E. Ismayilov/ The extension from 3 months to 5 - 6 months of the plants overhaul at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refining Plant, has caused a dramatic rise in coke production in the first quarter of 2008.
In the first quarter of 2008, the refinery produced 42,300 tons of oil coke, which is 12 times more than in the same period of 2007.
Over 90% of the coke is intended for export.
