Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 June / Trend / From January to May, the total volume of oil refining made up 3.06mln tons in oil refinery named after Heydar Aliyev (former Azneftyanacag) and Azerneftyag refinery. The production of oil products increased by 2.8% against 2007.
The production of the motor petrol increased by 15.1% against the same period of 2007, diesel fuel - by 12.9% and bitumen - 13.5%.
The kerosene production decreased by 8.1%, oil - by 11%, fuel oil - 44.8% and naphtha - 49.4%.
Production of oil products in Azerbaijan in 2008 is as follows:
