Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 September/ TrendCapitral/ SOCAR Trading SA of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has founded its representation company in Azerbaijan, Ministry of Taxes said.
SOCAR Trading SA deals with marketing of Azerbaijani oil in world markets. The office of the company is located in Geneva. The authorized capital stock of the company is 5 million Swiss franks (5,000 shares with a nominal cost of 100 Swiss franks).
Head of SOCAR Trading SA is Valeriy Golovushkin who was chairman of Board of Directors of LITASCO SC (100% subcidiary of LUKOIL) since 2005.
