Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 September / Trend / The gas-processing plant of the State Oil Company of
Azerbaijan (SOCAR) plans to process 4.4bln cu.m of gas by the end of the year,
SOCAR said. Generally during January-August 3.1bln cu.m of gas was processed.
During the past eight months, the plant transferred 3bln cu.m of dry
tank gas to the Production Unit Azerigaztransport.
The production of liquid products increased by 1.5 times at the plant during January-August as compared to the same period of last year. Thus, there were produced more than 17,000 tons of gasoline and nearly 15,000 tons of technical butanes (liquid gas).
