Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 September / Trend corr. E.Ismayilov / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will drill the deepest (in the fund of the SOCAR) gas well with the depth of 6,400m soon, the company said on 22 September.
Bulla-deniz is one of the fields, which supply Azerbaijan with own gas within 20 years. Bulla-deniz was opened in 1,073. The first well was drilled on it with the depth of over 5,000m.
About 20 deep and highly productive wells were successfully drilled and exploited. The rest reserves of the Bulla-deniz field are estimated at about 25bln cu.m level, according to the SOCAR specialists.
