Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 October / Trend / In January to September 2008, Azerbaijani state company Azerkimya increased production of almost all chemical products as compared to January to June 2007.
According to the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee, production of propylene increased by 52.5% versus the same period of 2007, polyethylene - 59.1%, and chlorine oxide - 47.4%. Production of paint-and-lacquer materials grew by 58.1%, isopropyl alcohol - 62.8%, Nitrogen - 66.2%, hydrate of sodium - 67.7%.
