Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 October /corr. Trend V.Sharifov / The unauthorized insert into the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline in Daghestan and spill of more than seven tons of oil did not lead to the stoppage in the transportation of Azerbaijan raw material along "northern" route.

"The oil transportation continues. The situation in no way affected the export of Azerbaijan raw material from the Port of Novorossiysk," a source told Trend at SOCAR, which is the operator of pipeline.

SOCAR transports its independently developed oil via Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.

The southern regional center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told today RBK that the operations group of Head Department of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Daghestan  works on the place of incident. At present, the inserting has been muffled, there is no leakage.

In November SOCAR will dispatch 83,000 tons of oil from the Port of Novorossiysk. Formerly trader Vitol won the tender on sale of this volume.

In December SOCAR plans to sell from Novorossisk the same volume of oil. Tender on sale of this consignment will be announced in November.
