Bakuelektrikshebeke is continuing to cut the electricity of debtors.
A total of 450 company employees were engaged in these actions.
Head of the company's press service Tanryverdi Mustafaev said the debtor's electricity will be restored several days after their debts are paid.
The delay in reconnecting the customers to the grid is due to a lack of equipment and staff.
"We are just not physically able to do so. We warned people. They must pay for their electricity to avoid such problems," Mustafayev said.
The electricity in cooperative housing will also be interrupted, including elevators.
The Department of Housing and Communal Services will deal with residents who are negatively affected by the cutting of electricity.
Bakuelectrikshebeke began cutting the electricity of debtors on Jan. 13.
