Azerbaijan, Baku, May 5 / Trend , E.Ismayilov/
Sumgayitelektrikshebeke JSC (distribution and sale of electricity in Sumgayit and Binagadi district of Baku) will again halt electricity transmission to enterprises of the Azersu JSC (distribution of drinking and household water in Azerbaijan) at 15:00 on May 13 due to accumulated debts receivables for used electricity worth 48 million manats, Sumgayitelektrikshebeke JSC Press Secretary Anar Guliyev said on May 5.
"The main reason is that we are going to turn off energy supply to Azersu which is a large debt within last two years and it makes up over one million manat," Guliyev said.
Despite numerous warnings, Azersu does not pay its debts, and JSC is also not fully paid for electricity this year, Guliev said.
