SOCAR drills more than 100,000 meters in January-July

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) (except joint ventures and operating companies) drilled 103, 206 meters in January-July, compared to 122, 785 meters in the same period of 2008, SOCAR said.

SOCAR drilled about 9,178 meters in July.

SOCAR drilled 202,954 meters in 2008, compared to 190,376 meters in 2007.
