The second auction on the TbilGRES property also failed due to lack of buyers. Today the relevant agencies drew up a special protocol on the breakdown of the auction and informed the secured creditors and the Finance Ministry, whose lending to TbilGRES hits 96% of the total debts.
The creditors have the right to own property or to conduct another auction.
The total cost of the property made up 165,135,172 lari (1,715 lari is $1). TbilGRES is situated in Gardabani district of Tbilisi, Kojori, Betania and is intended to generate the electricity.
