SOCAR-AQS Ltd selected core on offshore platform "Gunashli-13" on the field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, the company said.
According to the information, the selection was made to clarify mineral content, characteristics of the reservoir Gala-2. Core was selected from the well No 80. The work was conducted by the production association "Azneft". Selected core was given to the customer.
The company plans to select core on the well No 56 from the platform "Gunashli-11". It will be selected at a depth of 3,975 meters.
