Turkmenistan auctions about 400,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan auctioned about 400,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades about 3,000 tons of liquefied gas, 105,000 tons of gasoline, 45,000 tons of kerosene, 130,000 tons of fuel oil, 95,000 tons of diesel fuel, 20,000 tons of straight-run gasoline.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded 36 transactions.

The companies from Afghanistan, U.S., UAE, Canada, Switzerland, Denmark and the Virgin Islands bought diesel, fuel oil, liquefied gas, kerosene, gasoline. Total amount of contracts, including on sale of oil products hits 220 million 930,000 dollars.  

The companies from Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Russia, Canada, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, and Switzerland are the main customers.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
