Turkmenistan auctions about 480,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan has today auctioned about 480,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades over 90,000 tons of liquefied gas, 100,000 tons of gasoline, 90,000 tons of kerosene, 130,000 tons of fuel oil, 30,000 tons of straight-run gasoline, 6,000 tons of diesel fuel, 20,000 tons of oil coke and 10,000 tons of furnace oil.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded over 40 transactions. The companies from UAE, the U.S. Denmark bought diesel fuel.

The representatives from Azerbaijan, Russia, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein are the traditional participants of the auction.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
