Azerboru plans to produce 90,000 tons of pipes in 2011, or almost 2.5 times more than the same period of last year, Chairman of Board Azim Azimov said in an interview with the "Respublika" newspaper.
He said that last year the company produced more than 36,000 tons of pipes compared to 1,210 tons in 2005.
At present, the company has the equipment necessary for producing the pipes of various diameters and thickness. In particular, the company is able to produce the 114- diameter, 127- diameter, 133- diameter, 140- diameter, 146- diameter, 152- diameter, 159- diameter, 168- diameter, 187- diameter, 194- diameter, 219- diameter and 245-millimeter pipes.
The company produces different pipes, as well as protective, cooling-compressor and oil transportation pipes.
