Azercell submits new tariff plans

The new money tariffing system for prepaid-clients will enable them to control costs, Azercell Chief Ali Agan reported on Friday. The prepaid network will transfer to the money tariff system on the night of April 30-May 1.

"Apart from the new money tariffing system, clients will be offered new tariff plans at most affordable prices. Discounts of up to 60 percent are provided here," Agan said.

The works to launch the system began in late 2009. Millions were invested in the project. Some 40 specialists and engineers took part.

The company offered a number of tariff plans.

Particularly, the tariff plan Bizimkilar envisions 0.07 manat as the price for one minute of talk within Azercell and 0.14 manat as the price for one minute of talk within other operators' network.

The tariff plan Har Yerya envisions common price of 0.1 manat per minute.

According to the tariff plan Ganj Sim, calls within Azercell will be free-of-charge after a third minute of talk.

The company has provided tariff plan Business for the business segment envisioning 200 minutes and 200 SMS free-of-charge. Under this tariff plan, the price for one minute of talk within Azercell and to other operators' network will be 0.07 manat and 0.12 manat, respectively.

The price for SMS under all tariff plans except for Ganj Sim will be 0.05 manat. For Ganj Sim, SMS price will be 0.03 manat.

Other kinds of Azercell services also will be discounted.

A client who downloaded a 10-manat card with the nominal value of 3,000 contours a day prior to the transition to the money tariffing system will receive the balance of 15 minutes of talk after the transition is over.
