The issue of supplying Azerbaijani gas within the pipeline projects in the direction of the European Union will be clarified soon, a source in SOCAR said.
In particular, some negotiations with European partners on commercial deliveries are held in Vienna.
"The meetings, discussions of various options, issues related to our talks on gas, are constantly held," a source said. "The reports on pipelines, such as the ITGI, Nabucco, TAP and others are under preparation. [...] I think that it will become clear soon."
According to BP's report, developing the Shah Deniz field, having special attention in gas supplies to Europe, the consortium developing the field expects concrete proposals for the gas transportation from all pipeline groups till October 1.
According to the information, Ankara established the export transit organization to work with such pipeline projects like Nabucco, ITGI (inter-connector Turkey-Greece-Italy), Poseidon and Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
