SOCAR's Marketing and Economic Operations Department exported about 1.2 million tons of light oil from the Georgian port of Supsa in January-May compared to 942,400 tons in January-April, SOCAR reported.
SOCAR's Marketing and Economic Operations Department exported about 242, 480 tons of oil from Supsa in May compared to 153, 800 tons of oil in April.
SOCAR exported 2.84 million tons of Azeri Light crude oil extracted from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli Field in 2010 compared to 2.79 million tons in 2009.
BP is the operator of the pipeline.
