Oil supplies decrease to Kazakh oil refinery

Oil supplies to Kazakhstan's oil refinery amounted to 5.345 million tons in January-May 2011 compared to 5.877 million tons during the same period in 2010, the Kazakh Statistics Agency's National Dispatching Department told Trend.

Oil supplies to Kazakhstan's oil refinery amounted to 5.345 million tons in January-May 2011 compared to 5.877 million tons during the same period in 2010, the Kazakh Statistics Agency's National Dispatching Department told Trend.

The actual oil supplied to the oil refinery in May 2011 amounted to 1.146 million tons compared to 1.121 million tons in May of last year. The volume of oil supplies in May increased by 15.8 percent since April.

The volume of imported oil supplies to Kazakhstan amounted to 629,800 tons in May and attained 55 percent of total supplies, including to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant - 349,900 tons and PetroKazakhstan Oil Products - 276,900 tons.
