Turkmenistan auctions about over 280,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan auctioned over 280,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange on Wednesday.

The country put as stock trades 25,000 tons of liquefied gas, 70,000 tons of straight-run gasoline, about 100,000 tons of gasoline, 50,000 tons of diesel fuel and 40,000 tons of jet kerosene.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded 25 transactions.
Companies from UAE, South Korea, Afghanistan purchased different brands of gasoline, liquefied gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel.

The representatives from Azerbaijan, China, U.S, Russia, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are the traditional participants of the auction. Total amount of contracts, including on sale of oil products exceeds $104 million.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
