Tender commission of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, which operates in accordance with the terms of Production Sharing Agreement on offshore block 21 in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea, has announced a tender, the company said on Friday.
The tender is announced provision of services to prepare a draft on drilling an exploration well within the contract area.
To obtain the tender terms and to participate until Oct. 31 at 12:00 p.m. local time interested individuals are required:
1. Submit a written request to participate in the tender.
Application should be prepared on the official letterhead of the applicant, signed by an authorized person on behalf of the applicant, sealed by the applicant. The application shall include the name, address, phone, fax, date, location and registration authority, organizational and legal form of the applicant, a list and brief description of the main activities and completed orders, a list of major clients, but also indicates a representative who will liaise with the tender commission;
2. Receive the tender conditions (personal service at the addresses given below);
To obtain the tender conditions and specifications, interested parties must submit a written request and document proving the representative's authority to speak on behalf of the applicant.
Tender conditions can also be provided via e-mail.
3. Payment for participation is not provided.
4. The deadline for submission is 12:00 p.m. on Nov.15.
