Board of Creditors of "Energodistributsiya Kakheti" Company made a decision on bankruptcy of the company, State Electrical System reported on Friday.
The process of bankruptcy began because of its huge debt to state companies. Last year, the company was managed by Lithuanian "Ahmi groups", but it was unable to organize the work and make a profit.
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alexander Khetaguri said at the meeting of the parliamentary committee on industry economics that after the bankruptcy, "Energodistributsiya Kakheti" will be sold.
